Option 1: Comprehensive Behavior Plan

For students needing functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.

FBA & BIP

A thorough behavior evaluation and tailored intervention as part of conducting a functional behavior assessment and creating a behavior intervention plan.

Virtual ARD attendance

We provide support by attending ARD meetings to collaborate on individualized education plans and advocate for the student's needs.

Staff Training

We offer one-hour staff training sessions on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) to ensure effective implementation and support for student behavior management.  


Option 2: Staff/Campus Training - Behavior Management

We deliver interactive and engaging presentations for campus staff to enhance understanding and application of behavior strategies in educational settings.

Understanding Behavior Functions

Teaching staff to identify the underlying reasons for student behaviors (e.g., attention-seeking, avoidance) to guide appropriate interventions. 

Proactive Strategies and Classroom Management

Providing practical tools and strategies for preventing challenging behaviors through structure, positive reinforcement, and clear expectations. 

Effective Response to Challenging Behaviors

Training staff on consistent and constructive ways to respond to disruptive behaviors, including de-escalation techniques and the use of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Structure & Routines

We provide expert assistance in classroom setup and scheduling to create structured, efficient, and engaging learning environments that support student success. 

Progress Monitoring & Data Collection

We coach teachers on developing comprehensive tools for tracking student progress in self-contained classrooms, with data-driven insights to adjust teaching and behavior management strategies.

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)

We guide teachers in developing individualized behavior management systems, such as token economies, reinforcement schedules, or behavior contracts that cater to each student’s needs. 


Option 4: Direct BCBA Support

When a student requires direct support from a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), our specialized services are an excellent option.

FBA & BIP

 As part of our direct support, we will start by conducting a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and developing a comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) tailored to the student’s needs, including recommended hours for Direct Support.

Direct Support

Direct BCBA support will be tailored based on recommendations from the BCBA and ARD committee, including the frequency and duration of support each grading period and the specific goals to be addressed. 

Staff Training

BCBA services will also include mandatory staff training on the Behavior Intervention Plan and ongoing professional development to ensure effective support for the student within the educational environment.
